I started cutting video in 2015. By 2018 I was running client work solo. Today I lead an 8-person team at Beyond Edits, handling editing, QC, and delivery for clients across the US, UK, and Canada — including Will Barron (Photography Explained) and Christopher Zita (OnlyZita).

My job now is systems, not just timelines: hiring, training, and QC infrastructure that lets the team ship consistent, high-retention edits without me touching every cut.
